Important Note Regarding Pre-Orders
Please note that the policy below applies to standard in-stock items. Pre-order products have their own specific delivery timelines, which are indicated on their respective product pages.

 

1. Handling & Processing Times

 

All orders are processed on business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 48 hours.

High Volume Periods: During sale periods or new product launches, we may experience a higher volume of orders. This can lead to slight delays in processing and delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.

 

2. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders of €100 or more.

Standard Fee: Orders below €100 will be charged a shipping fee of €14.99.

 

3. Estimated Transit Times

 

Transit time refers to the period from when your order is handed over to the carrier until it reaches your address. Below are the typical transit times by region:

 

Europe: 5-10 business days

USA: 5-10 business days

Asia: 5-10 business days

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

 

Method: Currently, we offer a Standard Shipping method only. This service provides reliable delivery with full tracking.

Carriers: We utilize a variety of carriers across the world to ensure your package arrives safely. If you have questions about the specific carrier for your country, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@spinpadel.store.

 

6. Shipping Holidays & Warehouse Closures

 

Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands. Consequently, orders may be impacted by local Dutch holidays. Our carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

We do not process or ship orders on the following public holidays in 2025:
