Unfortunately, we don't have a physical store, only an online store. However, with a delivery time of approximately 2-5 business days, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders over €100 receive free shipping. Orders under €100 are subject to a €14.99 shipping fee.

Where is my package?

Once we've shipped your order, you'll receive an email with your order details. You'll then receive an email from the delivery driver within approximately 3 days with further delivery details and a tracking number. Once the package arrives at the delivery service's terminal, you can also track its progress here. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3-4 days, please contact our customer service at: info@spinpadel.store.

How can I file a complaint?

Did you receive a broken or defective item? Please email us at info@spinpadel.store . Please include your order number and a description of the defect. Also include several photos of both the damage and the product as a whole.

How do I know if an item is back in stock?

When you enter your email address on the product page for the product in question, you'll automatically receive an email when it's back in stock. You can do this on the product page, under the "Out of stock" heading. Need more information sooner? Please contact us via info@spinpadel.store for an estimate of when the new shipment will arrive.

My padel racket is damaged. What can I do?

If your racket is damaged after contact with an object other than a ball, this is not covered by the warranty and therefore cannot be claimed. For a warranty claim to be valid, there must be a manufacturing defect, which is not the case if the racket hits the wall/glass/ground/net.
