Refund Policy
If your order is nevertheless not completely satisfied, you can return the product stating the reasons for fourteen days. (Only in original condition)
Original Conditions
To qualify for a return & refund:
· The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
· All tags must be attached and the original packaging included.
· A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
· Once the seal of a padel racket has been removed, the product is no longer refundable.
• Very Important Note: Please note that every product purchased includes a set of three (3) complimentary gifts. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the main product along with all three gifts in their original, unopened condition. If any of the free gifts are missing, opened, or used, your return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.
For returns not due to a defect or damage, we will refund the purchase amount minus return shipping costs. Damaged or unacceptable items cannot be refunded. Sending back your package at his own expense and is not paid by us. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you paid shipping costs when placing your order, these will also be deducted from your refund.
How to start a return
Always send us an email before your ship out the return package. Contact us at support@spinpadel.store, we will review and approve your return request.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return label and shipping instructions. We only accept returns sent using our own return label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please make sure your return is properly packaged, Spin Padel is not responsible for returns that got lost or damaged.
Damages or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Was your package damaged during delivery? Please report this immediately—but no later than within 7 days—to the delivery person or the drop-off point and file a damage report. Do not accept damaged packages! If you only discover the damage after opening the package and the damage is attributable to the carrier's handling, please contact them and file a claim. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the carrier, please contact us at support@spinpadel.store.
If you don't collect your package or don't collect it on time, it will automatically be returned to us. In that case, we will charge you a €29 administration/shipping fee.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
· Perishable goods (such as balls)
· Custom or personalized products
· Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
· Gift cards
Exchanges
Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange a product. This means we only offer the option of returning a product.
Would you like a different product? Please place a new order and return the originally delivered product as described above.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
